SEB Group moves into a Promodos building
Scandinavian financial group SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken) has chosen to locate its new Luxembourg headquarters at Howald, in Promodos' new C3 building.
SEB Group is present in some 20 countries across the globe and has had offices in Luxembourg, where it employs 250 staff, since 1977. SEB was searching for new premises which would reflect the group's image and have the potential to accommodate future development. It has signed a 9-year lease to rent office space in the C3 building in Howald and plans to move into the building in early April 2012.
C3 is one of the 3 buildings which form the CUBUS development on the edge of the Hesperange forest. The development was designed by “P.arc Partnership for Architecture”, a network of European architects, and is noted for its resolutely modern design, with feature entrances and terraces which add a touch of originality and ensure visibility. C3 is also the 1st Breeam-certified private building in Luxembourg. Breeam is the world's most commonly used method for evaluating and improving the technical and environmental performance of buildings.
